Mental strength is on everyone’s wish list.

Why wouldn’t it be? Whoever you are, whatever you do, your ability to survive life’s slings and arrows — and beyond that, thrive — will define the quality of your life.

When you’re struggling with your mental health, or you’ve had a setback in your life, it’s common to believe you lack resilience or mental strength. But stop right there.

Because…

  • Many people with mental health problems show massive inner strength just to get through their days.
  • Having mental health struggles doesn’t mean you can’t achieve greatly.
  • Setbacks and disappointment are just stepping stones on the road to success (as long as you see them that way).

And, most importantly, mental strength isn’t set in concrete. From a standing start, you can build it.
